Mr. Mike Lotz, of Lotz Renovations Inc., has worked with Indian Lakes Resort and Nordic Hills Resort as far back as 1996. Mr. Lotz headed up a major 314-guest room renovation project,
and remodeled 7 handicapped accessible bathrooms with roll-in showers.
Most recently Mike completed a model guest room for Indian Lakes Resort. This was our 2000 prototype for a complete makeover
scheduled to begin soon. Mike also designed and completely remodeled my home, which I recently purchased in Medinah, Illinois.
I highly recommend Mr. Lotz because of his creativity, ability to stick
to an agreed upon schedule, his business acumen and his alliance with outstanding subcontractors that work with him.
Our company and I will personally continue this relationship whenever there are
opportunities to employ his talents.

The Franciscan Sisters of Whaeton Illinois renovated one of the 1920’s mansions on their property. Lotz Renovations, whose president is Mike Lotz, was the painting contractor on
this comprehensive and beautifully completed project.
